NTA has conducted JEE Main
examinations from 01/09/2020 to 06/09/2020. Examinations were conducted
successfully with full precautions for COVID-19.
Results have been declared on 11/09/2020 ( late night ).
Now coming to the main reason for which you are reading this blog....What's next.
JEE
Main exam gives you the authority to choose your dream college among
NITs/IIITs and GFTIs. If you score more than your category cutoff then
you are eligible for JEE Advanced which grants you admission in IITs.
Cutoff of JEE Main, to be eligible in JEE Advanced ( percentile score ) :
General = 90.376
General EWS = 70.243
OBC = 72.888
SC = 50.176
ST = 39.069
Coming to the next part "When can you be sure that you would get a college via your JEE main score ?? "
Giving you a rough idea if your percentile score is at least ( given below ), you would get admission in a college ( irrespective of the branch )
General = 98
SC = 88-90
ST = 83-85
General EWS = 95
OBC = 94
Now, " What if your JEE Main went wrong ?? "
First of all stop worrying about your past, cause you have your whole future remaining with you.
Government colleges do not give you a warranty for a successful and wealthy life.
It depends on you and the hard work that you put ahead.
